Full Upgrade
These terms and conditions are the full and final agreement between the Participant and Clean the World EU BV. (“Agreement”) If applicable, this Agreement is an addendum that incorporates all terms and conditions of the Participation Agreement previously executed between Participant and Clean the World EU BV. (“CTW”).
This Agreement memorializes that Participant has agreed to upgrade the services that CTW provides from “Soap Only” to Full Program: in which CTW collects soap and bottled amenities (“Hospitality Items”) from the Program Participant; separates, sorts and prepares the Hospitality Items at the CTW Processing Center; recycles Hospitality Items pursuant to CTW’s proprietary process; and distributes the appropriate Hospitality Items to third parties.
This Addendum requires a minimum one-year term, and an annual prepayment to be effective. No refund shall be provided if a termination occurs. This Addendum will be automatically extended or renewed for successive twelve (12) month periods following the execution of the Agreement, unless termination of the Agreement shall be provided by either Party not less than six (6) months before the Agreement expires. The term of this Agreement shall not affect the term of the underlying Participation Agreement, if any.
