FAQs

Pre-Printed Return Label

For now, you will still be able to use the portal to order shipping labels. However, when that feature gets removed, please get in touch with partners@cleantheworld.org to request shipping labels.

Early 2024. We will continue to monitor box returns to identify an exact day. Once a set day is determined, we will update right away.

New Boxes

Yes! You will receive the newly designed boxes in one of your next orders. Note: The large format boxes are only for properties using large format plastic bottles.

Starting in December, the next time you order boxes, you may receive the new boxes. Note: It may take an order or two to receive new boxes as we continue to cycle through our current inventory.

Plastic liners will no longer be included in your box orders. When sealed correctly, the new boxes do an excellent job securing their contents.

The next time your property orders boxes, you will be able to see your box allocations. Remember, the number of boxes you receive is based on room count and collection history, not the number of floors.

Your order limit is based on your collection history and set by your Clean the World Client Team Manager. As a rule of thumb, please return at least 50% of your boxes before ordering new boxes.

Continue to use them to collect your soap and plastic bottle amenities until you run out.
