Homelessness is not always a choice and reasons vary from individual to individual. Our program isn’t just about giving a shower, it’s about a basic human right to be clean. It’s about giving back dignity and hope to our unhoused population. We feel something as basic as a shower can be a catalyst for change in the lives of those we serve.
Feeling clean and having confidence in oneself opens the doors for engagement and opportunities. Access to showers on a regular basis will improve the desire to seek out help that is offered in your community. Working together we can reach a similar goal of placing the unsheltered in permanent housing.
Clean the World’s Fresh Start WASH & Wellness Program combines mobile showers units, WASH (water, sanitation, and hygiene) education and Wellness (COVID-19 testing, HEP A / HEP C vaccinations, and illness prevention) services.
As these services are provided, we connect individuals to other organizations that provide emergency shelter, food, clothing, medical care, detoxification services, and hygiene supplies.

Fresh Start WASH and Wellness Program Exclusives
Our program is all inclusive, meaning we own and run all aspects of it for you. There is no need to hire additional staff, purchase liability insurance, worry about scheduling, clean or maintaining the shower unit. Our program is designed to integrate into your current system as an extension of services provided in your community. We also help create public/private partnerships to offset program costs for you.

Mobility of Fresh Start WASH
and Wellness Shower Unit
Our Fresh Start WASH & Wellness shower units are self-contained, with no need for hook up to power or water supplies. This enables us to drive to locations and offer showers to those who cannot/will not visit your area drop-in locations. We work with your team to plan out a strategic showering schedules to meet your community needs. Keeping the same schedule each week, enables our team to build the trust and relationships that will help motivate this population into permanent housing.

Manage USERS
Create new users
Now you can invite Team Members to use the portal! On the user management screen, you will be able to add Team Members and manage their information. You will also be able to view the invite status of your Team Members. You can view your users, admins, and inactive users.
Edit users
Made a mistake spelling someone’s name? Need a new admin to manage your users? You can now utilize our user edit feature. In this feature, you are able to send invites with full instructions on how to login, alter user information, promote a user to admin when necessary, and associate users to other properties (if you are responsible for managing multiple properties).

How many soap bars have you distributed year to date? Now it’s easy to get your impact totals. Check back often for updates. You will also receive a laminated poster from Clean the World to display in your back of house for Team Members.

On the Impact Dashboard, you can get Clean the World’s global impact, access helpful videos, and hear about our upcoming programs. It’s a great way to stay in touch with Clean the World and see how your work is saving lives around the world.
BIG BOX (IF APPLICABLE)
Request
Submitting a request for a new big box just got easier! Now from your mobile device you can take a photo of your big box and upload it right from the portal. You can accomplish this in 3 easy steps:
- Tap the “Upload” icon
- Take the photo and then
- Tap “Submit”. On a desktop, you will be able to upload a photo of the big box for approval by clicking the “Upload” icon and then attaching the big box photo.
Pick up
After your photo is approved, Clean the World will email you a copy of your Bill of Lading (BOL) that you will attach to the outside of the big box before it gets picked up.

STAYING SAFE
Thank you for joining us in the mission to save lives through soap recycling. As we work together to impact the lives of vulnerable people here in the US and around the world, we want to assure you that it is safe to collect soap and bottled amenities and recycle them. We recommend wearing proper PPE (face mask and gloves) while adhering to CDC Standards to ensure your safety and the safety of others.
All of the personal care products that are sent to Clean the World facilities remain in their original packaging for 7 days or more. After clearing the 7-day “product quarantine”, the outside of all boxes are disinfected. Clean the World’s personnel that is responsible for shipping bins is doing so wearing protective gear and adhering to Clean the World’s safety guidelines.
Rest assured, the only thing arriving at your property are your bins and limitless potential to make a difference in the lives of people everywhere in need of soap!
