Clean the World recently welcomed The Venetian and The Palazzo Las Vegas, both owned and operated by Las Vegas Sands Corp., as hotel partners in the Clean the World hospitality recycling program. The two AAA Five Diamond resorts, which feature a combined 7,000 lavish suites, are featured participants in the Sands Eco 360 Global Sustainable Development Program.

The Sands Eco 360 Meetings Program includes soap and bottled amenities recycling through Clean the World as a sustainable, socially responsible alternative to discarding unnecessary hotel waste from the brisk convention business in Las Vegas. It’s an eco-friendly attraction for meeting professionals who plan and manage meetings at Las Vegas Sands each year.

“Las Vegas Sands was instrumental in helping us meet our environmental stewardship goals for our annual sales meeting,” said Jennifer Romo, meeting partner for Genentech. “They also worked with us to pilot the Clean the World program at Las Vegas Sands, and we’re thrilled that it is now a hotel-wide initiative to support the environment and communities.”

Other Clean the World hospitality partners in Las Vegas include Caesars Entertainment, Wynn/Encore, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental and Fairfield Inn.
