NOTE: Airfare is not included in the cost of this trip.
Clean the World is planning a four-day soap distribution trip to Honduras in February, and we’re making the trip available to all who are interested in participating in this potentially life-changing experience.

Representatives from Clean the World and interested supporters and friends will take part in the volunteer distribution experience Feb. 20-23, where guests will help distribute 8,000 bars of soap to 1,000 children in Honduran orphanages and villages.

The cost of the adventure is $450 per person (airfare not included), which includes accommodations, ground transportation, activities and three meals per day. At least six volunteers are needed to conduct the excursion, which will likely shed new light on the plight of people struggling to overcome hygiene challenges in villages far from our own backyards.

Participants will meet with children at a Honduran orphanage in the surrounding areas of Comayagua, and visit local schools where children often goes days or weeks without even seeing a bar of soap. By mixing and mingling among the residents of remote Honduran villages, you’ll experience how they live and the challenges they face on a daily basis with regard to hygiene and dealing with inadequate sanitation.

The immersion experience should be a real eye-opener for people wishing to bring basic hygiene necessities to children and adults in schools and villages that lack these daily necessities.

Would like to join us? Please contact Rosanna Kingston (rkingston@ctw2.wpstagecoach.com) by January 10 to reserve your place on our soap distribution trip to Honduras. Space is limited and will be secure on a first come, first served basis. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to help save lives with soap.
